I've spent 40 years working on finding, understanding, learning to love and be happy with "me." Now, I think finally, I'm ready for a healthy "us." It's pretty much that simple :) I'm a girlie girl at heart with a definite sporty outdoorsy side. I can do red carpet and the deer blind in the same day lol. So I guess you could say im a feminine tomboy? I have a zany, snarky, and super sarcastic wit and absolutely love laughter. It's the music of the soul. I'm a shopper, reader, movie buff, dog lover, baseball cap collector, adrenaline junky, aviation nut, workaholic, and outdoor enthusiast. I work as an engineering superintendent for an independent oil & gas producer in Houston. I've been in this buisness my whole adult life and most of it in the field, so a bit of the potty mouth has rubbed off on me, sorry lol, but I am working on it! Currently, I'm starting back to school at night to finish my B.S.E. and then M.B.A. because I'm tired of having this chip on my shoulder for stopping with an associate degree 20 years ago when all of my industry peers have masters or even doctoral levels of education. I think the things I hate most in this world are bigotry and ignorance. I hate them in any form but most especially that of being judged at face value for the way *I* was born (T) by a community that demands it not be judged for how *it* was born. More so in that innately bigoted community being the very community that I am *supposed* to belong to (LGBT) and have safe harbor in. Get to know me before you decide who and what I am and am all about. I am NOT the Jerry Springer stereotype. I AM a regular southern everygirl. Some important things to know about me: *I'm witty, snarky, and sarcastic. *I have a demanding career and work A LOT. *I am VERY outdoorsy and have a thick country accent. Don't confuse this for a lack of intelligence. *I am 100% NOT in to casual sex. Not going to happen. EVER. PERIOD. *I am NOT a churchy "Suzie Christian" kind of girl. *I'm trans, or was at least. I'm no longer on a journey, but rather wholly enjoying the destination. Seriously... yes, I'm sure; and no, I'm not kidding. - yes, I'm 100% female inside and out now. - conformed to my sense of self at 30. - yes, I can reach a female climax. - that's all I'm going to answer about it. - it's only one small part of who I am. - It does NOT define me. If any you can't handle any of these, save us both some time and suffering and roll on by. Also, if *I'm* in the dating scene for a woman I want her smooth and beautiful not rugged and handsome, butch need not apply. My world, my preference.
