I'm not here for a quick fling - I want to meet and date guys who are also looking for a LTR. If some of what I've written below strikes a chord I'd love to hear from you.
I've been single for 4 years. In that time I've developed my interest in music and am becoming a bit of an authority on obscure bands ! I've been doing more walking and hiking and getting to see more wild remote beautiful parts of the UK. But this isn't enough : I want to be with someone to share my passions with, to share new experiences, and to cuddle up with on lazy evenings and weekends.
I'm non-scene and inexperienced but genuine and ready to fall in love with the right guy. Ideally you'll be a guy comfortable in your own sexuality who can accept me and love me as I am : a 49 year old TV, unused to dating men, gentle and feminine, but not as smooth and convincing as some.
I'm looking for a soulmate. For me, a relationship should be based on love and trust and empathy and understanding, so be prepared to listen, and to talk about your values, your tastes and your interests. It would be great to meet a guy who's happy to spend some of his holidays roaming the hills, and who'd be equally at home at a garage rock gig or a folk music festival.
My dream is to find a good man who'll take me as his girl, and to make him happy.
