Please be local. I have decided to narrow my search. By "local", I mean as far south as Tacoma, and as far north as Vancouver BC...close enough to have a chance of meeting without too much hassle.

I have been on this site in the past.... I've had good, bad, and so-so experiences. At this point, I am not putting expectations of any kind on this round. I want to meet interesting people. If it goes somewhere, great! If not, that's ok too.

I am a musician first and foremost, currently working a day job. I have traveled throughout the U.S., and would like to at least hit Europe before I die. I have been in touring bands and made a (meager) living from music in the past, and am working to get there again. I like to think of my musical taste as varied, but since I could write a novel length dissertation, I'm not going to go there.

Former comic book nerd (I still go to see all the Marvel movies), I have played Dungeons and Dragons within the last five years, into sci-fi, fantasy, scary movies (both cheesy 70s schlock and ones that really are scary), Ray Harryhausen, OLD Doctor Who (Tom Baker forever!).

I am also into antiques, history, documentaries, paranormal, aliens, mythologies, anything interesting. I would go so far as to call myself a "low-brow intellectual". I have tattoos. I like to think that I have retained my East Coast sensibilities even after 12+ years in the Northwest.
