I suppose persistence is the mother of adventure, right? LOL. I have made many new friends on this sight, in hopes of meeting that someone special for me. I have been passive for some time about settling down with someone special. I AM NOT SEEKING A ONE NIGHT STAND!!! I, AM STRAIGHT, very masculine, I am not interested in Men as Men, except possibly as a friend. I am an ex TG, having lived as a TG, full time, for 6 years in a wonderful marriage with a female. Due to unforeseen circumstances, a divorce for one, (long story, aren't they all, LOL) I decided to return to my "male" role in business and society. Needless to say, I feel you and I share some of the same feelings in the "best of both worlds" as I have been there...felt that. I think compassion and understanding with anyone is a very important ingredient in a real friendship. I find that dating, for some reason, is that perfect blend of pleasure and pain. It can be exciting and rewarding even if you're looking for love and end up meeting a friend. On-line dating adds a completely crazy wrinkle to the mix. For me, on-line dating is the great adventure and like a box of chocolates you never know what you're gonna get and sometimes you get the ones where you can't figure out what's in the center. I am a little zany and eccentric. I give good stimulating conversation, and flowers for no reason. Irreverent, athletic, enjoy travel, walks, outdoors, reading, skiing and cozy nights by the fire with a book and a special lady. Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain. As an active, adventurous, somewhat high spirited man, I need a woman who can hold her own in a good conversation. I am not threatened by independence. Possessing "common sense" and living well on your own accord are crucial. I'm looking for an independent, sincere woman with a big heart, who is open, caring, affectionate, responsible and honest, someone who likes to share things together and who's excited to be with me. High morals and ethical standards in business as well as my personal life are the qualities I strive for and look for in all my friends.
